-Trellis

Those new trees they will need support. We also offer trellis installation. Trellis allows more sunlight exposure, makes it easily to pollinate crops, reduces exposure to fungal diseases and pest, increases air circulation, for uniformly and maximizing space, supports young crops giving them the space to grow and properly develop, and to make harvest more efficient. All these pros that a trellis offers, a will not only make your orchard look nice, but it will increase your yield.

-Windscreen

With the obvious these screens help block the wind for damages of breaking, twisting, limb rubbing, and leaf tearing. However, there are more benefits to these screens. Other benefits include but are not limited to reducing sand blasting, salt injury for crops next to roadways, helps spray keep spray patterns efficient and reduces off site spray drift, and improves worker comfort in all seasons.

-Sunshade

There are multiple reasons to install a sunshade. Some of these are temp control, reduces water loss, protects from harmful UV rays, and for some pest and disease control. They can be used for greenhouses, open fields/orchards, and even be used for livestock farming.

-Bird Netting

This is an effective way to protect crops from bird damage like eating the products to damage with their beaks. Bird netting creates a barrier which makes it difficult for birds to reach the crops.

-Bed Shaping

Bed shapers are used for any crop that needs an elevated soil bed. This attachment can be useful as a one-pass or two-pass implement. the first pass tills and raises the row. The second pass flattens the tops of the soil surface to plant seeds and cover them without soil spillage into the furrows. Our bed shaper has a maximum size of 28" wide and 12" tall, that is adjustable to smaller row sizes.

Field Preparations

-Discing

This is a process of disturbing & exposing under layers of the soil. It is an important step in field preparations for planting any new crops. Discing breaks up any soil clods, increases aeration, enhances the activity of soil flora & fauna, and also helps create robust and healthy crops by making space for roots and allowing nutrient uptake.

-Ripping

Deep ripping (Deep Tillage) uses strong deep working tines that penetrate the compacted soils & mechanically break up & shatter the soil hard pan. This increases soil drainage, roots to grow deeper & faster, absorb moisture & nutrients. This is most effective in sandy textured soils where crops roots need to access subsoils moisture.

-Mowing

Mowing is an important floor management practice that keeps weeds down taking away the competition from the crops for water, nutrition, and keeps unwanted pest away. This helps enhance your crops growth.
